I hope you all had a lovely weekend! We just got back from our summer vacation and I was so anxious to get back and blog about sweet little Adam. His Mama contacted me about a newborn session last month and told me a little about her journey.
Adam's parents lost 3 precious babies before he made his special appearance. Two of the three babies they lost were twins and made their way to the world at just 22 weeks. Unfortunately, they did not make it. A few weeks after they left the hospital they received two special bears from their nurse. The babies names were engraved on each of the bears along with a recording of their beautiful little heartbeats inside. I had never seen this before and thought it was very sweet of the hospital to do this for grieving parents. I know they will cherish them forever along with these images.
