Frequently Asked Questions
How Much is a session?
Digital packages range from $300-$350. Your session is officially reserved when you submit the session deposit payment of $100.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do! I offer 3-6 months no interest plans. I recently started offering PayPal credit as well. If you're approved, it'll be 6 months no interest with their credit card. you will receive your gallery as soon as the final payment is received.
Do you Travel?
Yes! I love to travel! I am available for travel world wide. Please inquire about a quote for travel fees.
Where are you located?
I live in Floresville and travel around the San Antonio area for sessions.
What do I need to bring to the session?
All you need to bring is yourselves!
How early should I book my session?
I prefer to book child and family sessions at least 2-3 weeks in advance. If you are interested in maternity and newborn sessions, it is best to contact me when you are in your 5th-6th month of pregnancy. The best time for maternity photos is when you are between 32-36 weeks, and I typically book up about 4 weeks in advance, If you are wanting a newborn session only, it is best to reserve your session about 6 weeks before your expected due date to ensure availability. Please do not wait until your baby is born because during busy times, I cannot always ‘squeeze in’ additional sessions.
When and how do I pay?
I offer multiple payment options. You are welcome to send a check or pay your session fee online in my secure marketplace. The first payment you make is the deposit fee, which is due to reserve your session. after our session the remaining balance is due.
What should we wear?
I encourage a soft, organic color palette as i believe neutral tones like cream, grey, blush, soft blues, browns and greens let YOU be the focus of the images instead of what you're wearing. Think Neutral tones are boring? Not if you emphasize a variety of textures, layers and accessories!

What time of day will my session be held?
Most maternity sessions are held on-location, in the evening, right before sunset. This is often called ‘the golden hour’ by photographers and it is when the sun casts a warm, beautiful glow on your skin. Middle of the day is the worst time for photos, as it is too bright, casts harsh shadows on faces, and creates squinty eyes.
Lifestyle newborn sessions are held in your home and can be done anytime after a baby is born - these are perfect for 'older' newborns who are more than 2 weeks old.
Family sessions are usually scheduled for evening when the light is perfect and beautiful. There are locations all around the south Texas area. If you have toddlers or your children aren't happy in the evenings, I can definitely look at another time/location - just ask!
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Sickness happens, and rain does too. If it happens to rain on the day of your outdoor session, I will reschedule to the first mutually available date possible. No worries! For newborns, if your baby is born premature and needs to stay in the hospital for a little while, I will hold our session the week that he/she comes home. Chances are, I will still be able to get those sleepy baby photos!
When will I see my photos?
If you agree, I will post a sneak peek of your session on Facebook and/or my blog within a day or two of your session. The full gallery of images will be presented to you approximately 1-2 weeks following your session.
How long do you store images after our session?
All ordered images are stored for at least one year - I try to keep all images for as long as possible in case your order becomes damaged.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gifting a friend or family member with a session is a wonderfully thoughtful idea.
